GLENN C. RONALDSON

Mr. Ronaldson represents victims of negligence in the preparation and trial of their catastrophic personal injury cases as well as families who have lost loved ones in wrongful death matters. The people and families that Mr. Ronaldson helps have been injured or killed in car and truck accidents, on defective machinery, at construction sites or as the result of poor medical care and medical negligence at the hands of doctors, nursing homes and hospitals. Mr. Ronaldson has successfully tried numerous cases for his clients in both State and Federal Courts securing his clients the financial relief they need. Mr. Ronaldson graduated cum laude from Western Illinois University in 1981 and received his law degree with highest distinction in 1984 from The John Marshall Law School, where he also served as the Editor-in-Chief of the school’s Law Review. Mr. Ronaldson entered the private practice of law in 1985 following a prestigious clerkship with Illinois Appellate Judge John J. Stamos. Mr. Ronaldson is a member of the American Association of Justice, the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association, the American Bar Association, the Illinois State Bar Association, the Chicago Bar Association, the Federal Trial Bar and has provided free pro bono services to clients referred through Chicago Volunteer Legal Services program that has twice awarded him its Distinguished Service Award.

MARK A. KUCHLER

Mr. Kuchler graduated from St. Ignatius College Prep, received his undergraduate degree from Marquette University and his law degree from Loyola University of Chicago School of Law, where he was the editor of the American Bar Association’s publication, The Business Lawyer. Mr. Kuchler is also a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Kuchler entered private practice in 1991 and has represented clients in litigation and non-litigated matters throughout the Midwest. Mr. Kuchler’s represents victims of serious personal injury and wrongful death, with a concentration in car and truck accidents, product liability, defective machinery and workers’ compensation. Given Mr. Kuchler’s background in law and accounting, he has also helped individuals and corporations in professional liability cases arising from accounting malpractice, dental malpractice, legal malpractice and medical/hospital malpractice. Mr. Kuchler’s cases have involved malpractice from some of the largest accounting firms, health care providers and law firms in the country. Mr. Kuchler serves as Legal Advisor to Office of The Illinois State Comptroller’s Merit Commission and as a Hearing Officer for the office at the Illinois Secretary of State’s Motor Vehicle Review Board. Mr. Kuchler is a member of the Illinois Bar, the Federal Bar and numerous bar associations and CPA societies. Mr. Kuchler is also a Trustee with the Village of LaGrange.

STACEY I. GALLOWAY

Ms. Galloway is an associate attorney with Ronaldson and Kuchler, whose practice primarily focuses on tort litigation, social security disability and worker’s compensation. Ms. Galloway has substantial arbitration and trial experience and has achieved many favorable verdicts for social security disability appeals. Ms. Galloway received her J.D. degree from John Marshall in 2003, where she served as the President of the Children’s Law Association. She graduated from Indiana University Northwest with a B.A. in Sociology. Ms. Galloway is a member of the Illinois Bar Association, Chicago Bar Association and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.

AMBER LINDELL

Ms. Lindell is an associate attorney at Ronaldson & Kuchler. Ms. Lindell received her J.D. degree from The John Marshall Law School in 2007, where she served as a Moot Court Council Member and received top honors in trial advocacy coursework. Ms. Lindell also graduated with a B.S. degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2003. Ms. Lindell’s practice is concentrated in personal injury litigation. Ms. Lindell is a member of the Illinois Bar, the United States District Court, Northern District of Illinois, the American Bar Association and the Chicago Bar Association.
